By prioritizing storytelling as a precursor to policy making, we amplify the voices and lived experiences of Black Appalachians to challenge and dismantle harmful narratives that perpetuate systemic inequities. Through collective action and advocacy, we strive to protect our children and families, foster community resilience, and create a sustainable future where all can thrive.
